- Login to your banking account through AJIB Online or AJIB Mobile
- Select ‘Transfers’ then select ‘CliQ’
- Go to ‘Pending Requests’
- Select Payment Request and press ‘Reject’
- Enter the reason for rejecting the payment request
- Choose the method of receiving the verification code (OTP), either: text message, email, or both
- Press ‘Reject’ and enter the verification code (OTP) in the special field, then press ‘Submit’
