- A valid Jordanian ID or a valid passport for non-Jordanians
- Salary transfer letter
- Signed and stamped three-months salary slips
- Signed and stamped six-months bank statement
- Utility bill
- Liability/clearance letter
- Property registration document (property deed) and land blueprint (land map issued by the Land Registration Department), and site location blueprint for the property to be financed
- A report of the estimated value of the property issued by an accredited evaluator of AJIB
- Initial sale contract of the property
- Proof of advanced payment
