Time frame for handling a customer complaint:

The Customer Complaint Unit will process the complaint within 10 working days and can be extended depending on the complaint's nature but should not exceed 30 working days.

If the customer is not convinced or satisfied with the Bank's response to the complaint, the customer can resort to the Central Bank of Jordan or the Court of Law.
