Overview

Transferring or receiving funds has never been easier! ‘CliQ’ allows you to transfer funds easily and instantly, whether between AJIB or non-AJIB customers who are registered with CliQ.

CliQ service was launched in cooperation with the Jordan Payment and Clearing Systems Company (JOPACC), under the umbrella of the Central Bank of Jordan.

With CliQ, you can also instantly pay at merchants directly from your bank account using QR Code technology.

How to Register

  1. Login to your banking account through AJIB Online or AJIB Mobile
  2. Select ‘Transfers’ then select ‘CliQ’
  3. Go to ‘Alias Management’
  4. Choose your alias type, either: alias name, an e-mail address, or a mobile number
  5. Choose the sub-account number that you wish to link to this service
  6. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and press ‘Next’
  7. Verify the entered information and click on ‘Submit’

How to Add a New Alias

  1. Go to ‘Alias Management’
  2. Press on the ( + ) sign at the bottom of the screen
  3. Choose the alias and enter the nickname you wish to add
  4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and press ‘Next’
  5. Link the new nickname to the desired sub-account by clicking on the new name on the menu
  6. Press ‘Edit Linked Accounts’
  7. Choose the sub-account you want to link with the new alias and click ‘Link and set as default’

How to Temporarily Suspend an Alias

  1. Go to ‘Alias Management’
  2. Select the alias you want to temporarily suspend and click on ‘Suspend Alias’

*If you wish to reactivate the alias, follow the and click on ‘Activate Alias’

How to Delete an Alias

  1. Go to ‘Alias Management’
  2. Select the alias you want to delete and click on ‘Delete Alias’

How to Transfer Funds Instantly to Someone

  1. Login to your banking account through AJIB Online or AJIB Mobile
  2. Select ‘Transfers’ then select ‘CliQ’
  3. Press ‘Send’
  4. Choose the sub-account number you want to transfer from
  5. Choose the transfer method, either: IBAN or Alias
  6. If you selected ‘Alias’, the Recipient Alias ​​Type will be automatically selected
  7. Enter the nickname (Recipient Alias ​​Value)
  8. Choose the recipient’s bank name
  9. Enter the amount you want to transfer in Jordanian Dinars
  10. Select the Payment Purpose
  11. Press ‘Next’
  12. A text message will be sent to you with the verification code (OTP), which you need to enter in the verification code field
  13. Click ‘Submit’

*If you want to make sure that the transfer has been registered in the recipient’s account, click ‘Get Credit Confirmation’

How to return any payment received to your account, whether the full amount or part of it:

  1. Login to your banking account through AJIB Online or AJIB Mobile
  2. Select ‘Transfers’ then select ‘CliQ’
  3. Go to ‘History’ and select ‘Received Payments’
  4. Press ‘Return Payment’ to return the incoming transfer
  5. Choose the reason for returning the instant transfer
  6. Enter the amount you wish to return
  7. Choose the method of receiving the verification code (OTP), either: text message, email, or both
  8. Press ‘Next’
  9. Enter the verification code (OTP) in the special field and press ‘Submit’

How to request a payment from any customer

  1. Login to your banking account through AJIB Online or AJIB Mobile
  2. Select ‘Transfers’ then select ‘CliQ’
  3. Press ‘Request’
  4. Choose the sub-account number that you want to receive your payment to
  5. Choose the transfer method, either: IBAN or Alias
  6. If ‘Alias’ is selected, the Payee Alias ​​Type will be automatically chosen
  7. Enter the nickname (Payee Alias ​​Name)
  8. Choose the name of the sender’s bank
  9. Enter the amount you want to request in Jordanian Dinars
  10. Select the Payment Purpose
  11. Press ‘Next’
  12. A text message will be sent to you with the verification code (OTP), which you need to enter in the verification code field
  13. Press ‘Submit’

How to approve a Payment Request sent by any recipient

  1. Login to your banking account through AJIB Online or AJIB Mobile
  2. Select ‘Transfers’ then select ‘CliQ’
  3. Go to ‘Pending Requests’
  4. Choose the desired Payment Request and press ‘Approve’
  5. Choose the method of receiving the verification code (OTP), either: text message, email, or both
  6. Press ‘Approve’ and enter the verification code (OTP) in the special field, then press ‘Submit’

How to Reject a Payment Request sent by any recipient

  1. Login to your banking account through AJIB Online or AJIB Mobile
  2. Select ‘Transfers’ then select ‘CliQ’
  3. Go to ‘Pending Requests’
  4. Select Payment Request and press ‘Reject’
  5. Enter the reason for rejecting the payment request
  6. Choose the method of receiving the verification code (OTP), either: text message, email, or both
  7. Press ‘Reject’ and enter the verification code (OTP) in the special field, then press ‘Submit’
